River Landing Landscape Celebrates Their Interns

The River Landing Landscape team got together for a barbeque to celebrate their interns, Jack and Lucas! Pictured with them is Landscape Manager Chris Randall and Recruiter John Wesley Hairr.

Spring Fling in Missouri

Each year, several of our farms in Missouri host "spring flings" to kick back and have some fun with team members.

Marshall Sow Farm, Marshall LNM, and Sweet Springs Sow Farm all went to a KC Royals baseball game with tailgating and grilling before the game!

Farms in Sheldon had a "Back to the 80's" party with plenty of snacks, games, and a costume contest! Marilyn Berberich won the costume contest winning a cash prize. Victor Adrian Sriano Varela won the Rubik's cube game completing it in less than 3 minutes and winning a team lunch for his farm!

TN’s Share Appreciation

A few of our TN employees stopped by the MFV corporate office recently with homemade desserts to show their appreciation for being welcomed to the United States and our employee family! We're so glad to have you!

Organizational Announcements

Congratulations to Ashlyn Gagne who was recently promoted to sow farm manager at Hairr 2! She started in 2019 at Enviro Tech 1, and she eventually moved into a production trainee role before quickly becoming the HOD. To celebrate her the Hairr 2 crew hosted a lunch to welcome her to the team. Congratulations and good luck on your new role Ashley! Standing with her is Production Manager Keith Hall.

Help us congratulate Martin Jaime Cruz Jr. and Cristo Jesus Cruz as they transition into their new roles within the company!
Martin was the farrowing head of department for Bear Creek and will now serve in this position at Ozark East Sow Farm. Cristo was previously the farrowing head of department at Hawkeye Sow Farm and will now serve in the same position at Bear Creek. Good luck Martin and Cristo!

Scorecard Winners

Each month our sow farms participate in healthy competition in an effort to reward the highest levels of productivity. This is measured in three areas, farrowing rate, pigs weaned, and conception rate/RTU. Each of the winning teams receives a catered meal of their choice.
