Leading one step at a time
Mag 1 Sow Farm recently participated in a leadership development session by Training Development Coordinator Tomeka Robinson. They chose a Land Mine Obstacle course game designed to test how well team members listen and communicate non-verbally with each other. They had a great time, learned a lot, and were able to build on their own leadership skills! Great job Mag 1!
