π Employee Spotlight π
We're putting a spotlight on Kena McGhee who has been an invaluable part of MFV for 4 1/2 years! Throughout her journey, Kena has seamlessly transitioned from a trainee at Wheatrun to the Head of Department at Qualiridge, then Manager of Wheatrun, and now Farm Manager at Forest Oak Sow Farm in Missouri. Kena's introduction to MFV happened at the Oklahoma State career fair, where she learned about the company and its trainee program. Reflecting on that moment, Kena said, "It was just the job I had been hoping for." Kena has a bachelor's degree in Animal Science and Finance as well as an associate's degree in Farm Management and Business Sustainability. Pictured with Kena is President and CEO Dell Murphy and her Forest Oak team. Kudos to Kena for her hard work and thank you for being part of our employee family! ππ
